These Terms of Service explain the rules for using MeshGames Backgammon. The app is a cloudless, offline-first Backgammon game for single-player play and experimental local Bluetooth multiplayer in testing. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance Of Terms

By using MeshGames Backgammon, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use experimental local Bluetooth multiplayer with another nearby player, you are also responsible for how you interact with that person during the local session.

License To Use The App

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MeshGames Backgammon on Android devices you control. This license covers:

• Single-player Backgammon against the local app.
• Experimental local Bluetooth multiplayer with a nearby person.
• Local saves, settings, and display profile features stored on your device.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the app except where applicable law allows it.

Offline And Cloudless Operation

MeshGames Backgammon is designed to work without accounts, analytics, advertising tracking, telemetry uploads, or a developer-operated diagnostics server. The app collects no data. Local profile, save, settings, and statistics data stay on your device. If you choose to send feedback, the app opens a draft in your own email app and you decide whether to send it.

Local Multiplayer Conduct

Experimental local Bluetooth multiplayer is intended for friendly play with people physically nearby. You agree not to use local multiplayer to harass, threaten, impersonate, or interfere with another player or their device. The app does not provide cloud moderation, accounts, blocking, or remote reporting. If you do not want to continue a local session, leave the match, turn off Bluetooth, or stop using the app with that person.

No Warranty

MeshGames Backgammon is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose. Bluetooth behavior depends on Android version, device hardware, permissions, operating-system behavior, and nearby radio conditions. Local multiplayer may not work on every device pair or in every environment.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, device issues, interrupted play, or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms before or after release. Material changes will be reflected on this URL with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
