Where these rules apply
These rules apply to room chat and pilot names in Undermined Multiplayer. When you use chat, you agree to these rules.
The rules
- Do not send hate or slurs about a person or a group.
- Do not threaten, harass or bully a player.
- Do not send sexual content.
- Do not send personal information about you or about a different person: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or social accounts.
- Do not send spam, scams or illegal content.
- Do not pretend to be Dataxad staff or a different player.
Your controls
- Mute: select Mute on a chat line or on a pilot name. You do not see the lines of that player until the session ends.
- Report: select Report on a chat line. The report goes to us, and the game also mutes the sender.
- Chat off: select Settings, then Chat, then turn Room chat off.
What we do
A person at Dataxad reads the reports each working day. If a player breaks these rules, we can block the guest ID of that player from Multiplayer for a maximum of 30 days. We can also remove chat from the game.
The game removes a list of slurs from chat lines and pilot names. This list does not find all abuse, so use Mute and Report.
